The ReZone , A.I. Customer Engagement Solution, was used for a customer in the Distribution sector to know and analyse the Customer Behavior thanks to the Proximity Marketing functionalities.
In various areas of the Store, proximity sensors (Beacon, WiFi) have been installed to register the presence of customers, in terms of entry and exit from the respective area. The data can be acquired in Opt-in mode, the customer connects via the App to the Shop’s Wifi, or even anonymously. In the first case the customer also receives information and promotions through the App and can personalize their own shopping experience.
Data are collected in dashboards that shown:

the average attendance per area
the presence trend for each area over time
the average stay time in the various areas
The results are displayed in summary tables and in a graphic map (heatmap), and are used to study customer behavior, optimize routes and distribute products more effectively on the shelves.
